Pivot Manufacturing - 25 Years
Steve is a co-owner of Pivot Manufacturing and has been the President and CEO since the company’s inception in 2000. Pivot does machining and assembly work for a variety of companies, primarily in the defense industry, and has grown significantly during the last several years by leveraging the excellent relationships the company has built with existing customers into new manufacturing opportunities. Those opportunities are currently translating into another growth period as Pivot has expanded their building footprint and capabilities to accommodate future production.
In addition to sales and financial duties at Pivot, Steve is also involved in promoting the small business community and the manufacturing industry in Arizona. He is a Past Chair of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, on the board and former Chair of the Arizona Manufacturers Council, current board member of the Arizona Manufacturing Extension Partnership (AZ MEP) and The Common Sense Institute, as well as Serve the Future, a program for inner city youth .

Steven leads the growth of QCM’s IT Services practice, bringing over 30 years of experience in guiding organizations to build secure, resilient, and compliant IT environments. He helps business leaders turn cybersecurity and infrastructure challenges into strategic advantages—protecting critical data, ensuring compliance, and strengthening overall operational and business confidence.
Steven is currently responsible for developing and growing the IT Services branch of QCM. Over the course of more than three decades, he has been responsible for technical pre-sales; solution design and development and delivery focusing on technologies such as Virtualization, Storage, Server Consolidation, Virtual Desktop and Application virtualization. He also manages Consulting Services revolving around the design, use, implementation and management of Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, IBM, HPE, Dell, Sophos and Security Solution; creation of SOWs and SLAs; Project Management; Service Delivery; Customer Satisfaction; and company service growth. Steven utilizes his extensive experience and industry knowledge, IT contacts, retained skills in network design, administration, security, application development, operational and troubleshooting skills to deliver these services to QCM Clients. Steven has earned himself a top-notch reputation with customers, who recognize his broad-spectrum skill level and efficiency across many levels.
